You can send someone else to get in line for you
You will print the name of the person who is picking it up for you and you must sign the letter.
You may come at any time during the open hours, if necessary
What if I lose my letter?
You may get a copy by coming to the main office the week before Holiday Distribution.
If you come on the day of distribution, get in line, and let the intake staff knowyou received a letter but do not have it with you.
How will the food be distributed to clients?
We will use the drive-through method and staff/volunteers will fill carts in an assembly line fashion and place them into client cars for a no-contact distribution. Be prepared with room in your vehicle trunk or back seat for food.
How much food will be given to each household?
Each household will receive a frozen meat item, fresh produce, canned goods, and bakery. Additional items may be added.
Can I schedule a specific time?
Because we will be serving so many households each day, we cannot guarantee a specific time. There will be wait time. We ask that you be patient and follow traffic control volunteers and staff.
